Samantha Boardman, MD
Samantha Boardman is a clinical instructor in psychiatry and an attending psychiatrist at Weill Cornell Medical College. She received a BA from Harvard University, an MD from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences, and an MA in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is the founder of positiveprescription.com, a website devoted to making tweaks and changes that are life-enhancing and resilience-building by combining conventional medicine and psychiatry with positive psychology. She has been featured on TODAY, is a regular contributor to HuffPost and Psychology Today, and has written for New York Magazine, Refinery 29, Goop, The Wall Street Journal, and Marie Claire.

Lucy Sloninsky, MD
Dr. Lucy Sloninsky is a board certified general adult psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of a variety of psychiatric concerns in her outpatient practice. She utilizes medication management to treat disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety and has special interests in integrative/holistic care, collaborative care and women’s mental health.
Dr. Sloninsky completed her B.A. in Psychology at UC Berkeley followed by post graduate coursework in biochemistry and physiology at MCP Hahnemann University, and in anatomy and neuroanatomy at Tulane School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree at the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Karla Schlags, LMFT
Karla Schlags is the founder of California Integrative Counseling Center, a group practice in San Francisco. She specializes in therapy with couples and individuals that have may have relational issues, feelings of burn-out, are anxious, and more specifically, are diagnosed with ADHD. California Integrative Counseling Center takes an integrative approach to treating ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and other mood disorders. They provide individual, couples and group therapy, and collaborate with psychiatrists, coaches, and other members of our clients’ networks of providers.
