Psych Media Discussion Group –  Beef: Paul Gutrecht, LMFT and Charles Zeng, LMFT, LPCC, CGP

For the next clinician Psych Media Discussion Group, we’ll be discussing the Netflix show Beef on May 23rd at 7:30 PM on Zoom. Therapists Paul Gutrecht, LMFT (anger management specialist) and Charles Zeng, LMFT, LPCC, CGP (specializing in shame) will be joining us as our expert discussants.

About our guests:
Charles Zeng, LMFT, LPCC, CGP
Charles Zeng (he/they) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Group Psychotherapist with a Private Practice based in Pasadena, CA and Beverly Hills, CA.

Charles sees a diverse population of individuals, couples and families, and has a special interest in working with BIPOC folx, LGBTQ folx, as well as neurodivergent folx. Charles primarily works with a lens from Psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy and Gestalt relational therapy.

Paul Gutrecht, LMFT
Paul Gutrecht has been treating individuals for anger issues and running groups on Anger Management for over 10 years. He works with professionals, HR departments and business owners, individuals from early adolescents to adults, parents of young and grown children, couples, families, and co-parents.

Paul has also developed a focus on counseling with couples in conflict, as well as on co-parenting for those who have separated or divorced and are committed to providing the best experience possible for their children.
